The Association holds its Annual General Meeting in October each year. Other than in exceptional circumstances, Members have to attend the meeting in order to cast votes and express opinions. Association rule changes and financial changes can only be made at the AGM with Members voting.
Our AGM is traditionally held at the Comrades Club of Romsey, which has a bar, and we either have a speaker, or keep it short. All paid-up Members are encouraged to attend and vote on issues important to the smooth running of the Association.
